Our company is situated in 80km north-east of Frankfurt a.M. and was founded 25 years ago by Manfred Lotz. His background, commitment and work-experience in the fields of seating and storage systems have turned Lotz into a solid, advanced and successful company.

“Store compactly and sit relaxed” are our mottos and customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

Half of our company focuses on the production of a diverse range of ergonomic industrial chairs, stools and sit-stands.

The other half of the company focuses on the production of high-quality storage systems. Because storage costs are very expensive now-a-days, it is essential to make maximum use of your warehouse/stockroom without having to rework the measurements of your room.

Our mobile system „MaxiMobil“ adjusts to every possible room size – without damaging your flooring. Our system can grow with your needs and can be moved from one location to another (even to a room with different dimensions). “MaxiMobil” adjusts meticulously with changing environments.

Maxi Mobil is the most flexible rolling-rack system available on the market!

You will not need a specific floor for the Maximobil. It does not matter if your floor is made out of concrete (eg in the cellar), linoleum, carpet, tiles or wooden parquet. Damage to the floor does not occur because the Maximobile system is not anchored to your floor (instead its own floor is built over the existing floor).
